Elite Fastpitch Training & Conditioning, LLC began officially in 2007.  We currently hold camps and clinics, as well as private and semi-private sessions for aspiring female softball players of all ages in the South Florida region.
Our goal is to help ensure a successful fastpitch career for our young athletes, and to also open as many doors as possible by means of excelling at this sport.   Everyone on the EFTC staff has received an athletic scholarship to a Division I University, and some have also achieved National and Professional status.  Through many years of hard work and dedication, we have been able to walk away with collegiate degrees, as well as having traveled the world playing softball.  We hope to give this opportunity to as many potential ballplayers as we can!
WELCOME to EFTC!

Item #6...      NEW TRAINING PROGRAM!!!!

                      FAST FORWARD Elite Speed & Agility

   NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Certified Personal Trainer
Karla Antonio, will be leading the new functional training program for our fastpitch athletes.

   To better prepare for the quick and explosive movements required in this sport, it is critical that you train the body to perform such tasks.  You can train a certain skill until perfection, but if the body isn't conditioned for that skill, it simply won't perform to maximum capability!

    The FAST FORWARD program will train our athletes to gain SPEED, AGILITY,
STRENGTH, POWER, ENDURANCE, and FLEXIBILITY, using these methods:

* Speed and agility training (obstacle course, ladder, parachutes, viper belts, sidewinders, sled)
* Plyometrics (JumpPro, plyo boxes)
* Calisthenics
* Core training
* Weight training

* Reaction training

   (Click for photos)

   Fastpitch Softball is a sport that requires speed strength, and explosive power.  Especially in our pitchers!!!
How to train is as important as what you train.   Karla will put each group on progressive conditioning program.
Pitchers and catchers will have a slightly different custom program to follow.

    If you have the hopes of achieving a college scholarship, get the head start on conditioning!  Once you get to
college you will be on an intense training program throughout the year.  You might as well educate and better prepare your body now!

    Dates and Times of group sessions will be announced soon.   All ages welcome!

    If you have any questions, please contact Julie at 561-860-3679

    Private/Semi-Private Training Session = $40 / hr        Group Session (3 or more) = $15 / hr

    * Training programs will be given as part of the Fast Forward Elite program *
